For a long time, I tried to live a life that looked right on paper. I was a commercial litigator, successful on the surface, but disconnected from myself. Eventually, it became impossible to ignore the feeling that something more honest and more alive was asking to be lived.

That turning point changed everything.

Today, my work is about creating spaces where people feel safe enough to tell the truth about who they are and brave enough to act on it. I believe joy is not a distraction from leadership. It is a source of it. Authenticity is not a risk. It is freedom. And when people are supported in living their truth, they do not just perform better. They live better.
